The front and rear bumper covers were repainted - very poor job. There is paint overspray on lights and fenders that makes it look like they did not remove the bumper or tape off very well. There is runs in the paint. There are some spots with no paint at all. The TPM system needed to be adjusted. There were small parts missing that should be included when you spend that much money on a SUV less than 2 years old - missing rubber mats in compartment bottoms, missing wiper arm caps, missing owners manual, dented passenger side mirror. More things keep popping up. I thought I could trust a dealership to reapir the vehicle properly before being sold. I will spend much more time reviewing a vehicle next time before I purchase. This dealership has lost my trust."

He knew I was driving from New Orleans to Baton Rouge and I indicated that the MINI advertised was not workable, I'll look at other MINIs, he never once indicated that he was not a MINI dealer and the 2007 MINI was the only one he had. Upon arrical in Baton Rouge, he personally gave me directions perriodically on the mobile to get to his location. When I seemingly past many dealerships on Airline Hwy, I called McGinnis and he said the MINI is behind the VW dealership, he never said the only one used MINI was in the back. Conveniently, withing 3 minutes of our conversation I arrived at the VW, and conveniently McGinnis was not there supposedly left to go to Lafayette, I highly doubt that story. What a CHEAP HOAX, DECEITFUL, AND LACKING INTEGRITY for this person, but it is hardly the person, if the dealership allows this behavior its speaks of the dealership itself. I intend to write the owner of Southpoint, the Press, BBB of Lafayette and Baton Rouge."
