I think I struck a fair deal so the actual process of negotiating and making a deal was pretty swift. The actual process of buying the car was not so easy. The finance manager was pretty slow, he told me one hour wait but it was 2, his computer kept shutting down, and it took forever to get through the paper work. I had dinner plans with friends I actually had to cancel because I left the dealer 2 hours later that I thought I should've. I am still waiting for the registration papers and my plates. The finance manager told me I'd have everything I needed via over-night delivery and a week later nothing has arrived. Again, negotiating the deal was easy, the actual paper work with the finance manager was more of a hassle than it should've been. "
