"Refused to negotiate price on a used or Pre-Owned vehicle (former rental car) with high milage and a very poor maintenance upkeep.
The manager wanted top dollar for a car that had "high time" on water pump and alternator. refused to acknowledge data from Car Fax, which showed only maintenance performed was at Pep Boys. Last time i checked the do not do water pump removal/install. and it only showed oil changes, infrequent at that.
One sales Rep said he could save "tons" of money compared to what the sticker price was, then handed me off to the fast talking Hotshot who wouldnt budge on price. Waste of time. Would Not shop for a new or used car at their place of business."
