“Medicore car”
I drove this car yesterday (14march2013) and was disappointed. I was considering a newer Corolla, as my 2006 is just about the best car I have ever owned. But the 2013 is the same car, with a few tech~nerdy options I do not need. Same engine, the EPA gas mileage rating has actually dropped from 37hwy on my '06 to 34hwy on the '13. Poor acceleration...

"the sales person was very friendly and helpful. Would not budge on price even though we asked them to bring it down $175. For a big company that should not matter that much (that 175 matter a lot to us) but they will do what they can to make a buck. They knew we wanted the car (was in great condition) but used that info so they could get every penny possiable. Took over 4hours to sign the papers... was a slow moving process. "

"Had email communication with one salesperson - she said they had 3 Rav4s on the lot, but when I got there was greeted by a different one who told me they had none. He then tried to steer me toward a much bigger and more expensive vehicle. As I was doing the purchase paperwork at a different dealer, the first sales rep called wondering if I was still coming, told her what the guy told me, she checked the computer and said there were still 2 showing, maybe they were at their other location - he never mentioned that there WAS a different location. Lack of communication between sales staff needs improvement. Rebecca followed up the next day with me wanting my feed-back and apologized for the confusion; never have heard back from Dirk."
