I bought my 2007 Porsche Cayman S from them about 2 months ago. Since I live in NYC, I had some serious reservations about traveling a few hours to see a car, and possibly buy it without a mechanic checking it out. The thought of wasting a lot of time and money was not a pleasant one. To possibly avoid such a disaster, I asked questions. LOTS AND LOTS of questions. Timothy Grape, their Internet Sales Manager, fielded them all. He patiently, honestly, and candidly responded in a flash, over and over and over again. I felt comfortable booking a one-way train ticket to see if I could find a reason NOT TO buy the car. Suffice it to say- I couldn't. The car was exactly what Tim described. At the dealership, everyone I met with was more than happy to help: answer my questions, let me poke around, get diagnostics of the car's engine.... Again, some very sincere kudos to Timothy- who has always been there to answer my questions, day or night, above and beyond the call of duty. Long after the sale, he has continued to answer my questions on everything from websites of interest to warranty terms.
