I had already done my research and new what the kelly blue book value was on my car and yet they were trying to give me more than $2000 less than what it was worth for the trade. Not only that but I couldn't get a straight answer out of them regarding interest rates or prices of the vehichle. I left immediately when I called them on on the lowball offer they gave me for my trade in but was called back 20 minutes later saying they'd made a mistake and "were looking at the wrong screen when they gave me the trade in value" I don't believe that for a second. There mistake was thinking they were dealing with a woman who didn't know how to purchase a vehichle. "
