Avg. Dealer Rating: (7 reviews) "So, Shaun was great. He's very thorough and appears to understand the faster they get you out of the dealer, the faster they can sell another car. I have to say, they really have it right with him being the internet sales guy because his approach is VERY much one of a person who understands people who buy on the web do it in large part because their time is valuable. We had most everything done by phone & e-mail; I was probably in the physical dealership for 1.5 hour max_ which included a 15 minute test drive, 15 minutes spent moving my crap between cars & 10 minutes waiting on my 7 year old to get out of the bathroom so I could begin the paperwork... Meaning I'm certain if I had not had my kid or the crap in my old car I could have been in/out in 45 minutes. They took a written trade-in # from another dealer; who frankly blew the trade value way up because their car was more expensive; and honored it... Well they came back & asked if I would be willing to take a little less but I was expecting this because they did the number sight unseen. So I wanted to make sure I started with the good and wan to impress the point that the good far outweighed the bad. Now for the reason they get 4 stars instead of a perfect 5... My only word of advice to MAKE SURE you ask what the price is and all the fees before you ever walk in the door. You want to do this because WHEN (not if) they surprise you with a fee you can then bark back. This would have been a 1st 5 star experience ever buying a car if they had not tossed in a 995 Fee when they presented me the buyers order @ the end. My VERY 1st question to them as well as a follow up in my second e-mail was, "What is my out the door price less tax... so with all your fees and "pack" crap?" They responded (in both e-mails), "Our internet price is the out the door price, no other fees."... but surprise; this was not the case. They immediately backed the fee off with no problem, but this stunt cost them big time in terms of trust factor... In fact, I really waffled as to whether I wanted to give them 3 or 4 stars. In the end though, I decided to go with the 4 rating because we all know the reason car buying is thought of as a miserable experience and car people thought of as shysters are for reasons just like this... therefore since I completely expected this was going to happen I didn't feel this one thing was worth dinging them more than 1 star. All in all, if I lived up that way, I would make a concerted effort to go to them 1st for buying more vehicles."

My client also complained about them and their customer service. I recommend tysons because they actually help and care about their customers. I bought a brand new 2012 Nissan Altima coupe with red leather interior for a way lower price then chantilly."

We didn't have a way to get to the dealership to look at the car (since we didn't have a car at all), so the salesman brought the car to us--about 30 minutes from their location. We got through the paperwork quickly and were able to drive off in our new-to-us vehicle in about 90 minutes. The only hitch was a fee they tacked on--$1000. We offered a pretty low price for the vehicle. I was really surprised when they accepted it. But then when I saw the fee, I understood what was going on. Accept the low price, and then add the fee to bring it back up to something more in line with what the dealership wanted to sell the car for. I was still a really good deal, though, (and we were getting pretty tired of being carless) so we took it. Overall, a very good experience."
