"sales guy (Allen) was great. very helpful, told us all about the car and alternatives. a very pleasant buying experience. Also, I think their prices are very good.
Couple of saturdays later, I went to the service dept to get a rattle looked. waited a long time, but no service advisor came to help.
so that was annoying.
Overall, five stars for sales.
Bad experience at the service dept."

"Simply put- they called me up to say they had a deal that had to be consumated by Sat. We had been negotiating for a few weeks. Texted them Sat morning to meet them and they texted me back later to say they sold the car. What a perfect "car salesman". Will never do business with them again. Trust is huge in car sales. To top it off-he told me it was big of him to text me instead of letting me come down to the dealership(which he said a lot of salesman would have) to try and sell me a differnt car! Wow?"
