I drove 2 hours to look at one car.. hell yes im serious about buying! The finance "dude" walked out and offered me 19.8% APR to finance this 2007 BMW. The payment was going to be nearly $700 per month on a $23,000 car.. do i look like an Idiot?? The bank i was dealing with at home offered me 5.9% APR on the same vehicle. These guy tried to pull a slick one on me. On my 2 hour drive back home they called me to offer 6.3%, how do you go from a ridiculous 19.8% to 6.3% in 30 minutes?? .. pretty sad. I declined. "

Even though Im certain it was well below their average sale they still treated my family and me with all the kindness and respect in the world....as if we were purchasing a brand new Mrecedes. Their customer service didn't lack just because I was buying one of the used cars that wasn't a "Mercedes Benz" Will Jones was so gracious and worked with me even after the dealership had closed for the evening. I live about 2 hours away in a differnt state and he made the process and purchase a smooth and wonderful experience. I had been searching for this vehicle for a while and I found this wonderul deal through CarGurus (which is an awesome site in and of itself.) The West Chester Merecedes Benz dealership does not advertise non Mercedes Benz used cars on their site so this is the only way I found it. They have trade in like this Cadillac that they don't put on their website so PLEASE don't discount them just because you don't see it on their site. Call them, they will be more than happy to tell you what they have to offer other than Mercedes. Outside of the fact that they have amazing customer service and work great with people out of town, this car was a great deal!!! Way better than any that I had seen in my state. I also felt safe that it had gone through the Mercedes Benz safety inspection despite the fact that it was a used Cadillac...it drove great all the way home-and had a full tank of gas and a fresh oil change! Something you don't always see in my home town with gas prices like they are! Even though I bought a used Cadillac they made me feel like I had just purchased a new Mercedes!!!! This is the first review I have ever felt compelled to write about a product or service....5 stars all the way! Thanks Will Jones and West Chester Mercedes Benz! "

Now that I voiced my concerns to management they threatened not to provide car washes and free loaners when servicing my cars. After buying several new cars from this dealer their arrogance grew to down right rudeness. I have since taken my business to MB of Cincinnati and have been blown away with their level of service and professionalism. I have a service person who brings my loaner to my home (north of West Chester) and picks my car up at my home or office for service and then brings it back washed and ready to go!
