got a Rep who was trying to call and leave a nasty voicemail for her
boyfriend. I wasn't sure it was the dealer until the same number
called again following up on the email. Their reps need to pay more
attention to what they are doing."

"I contacted them and asked questions. I got an email back from the manager who said he would answer any questions I had, so I waited. I tried emailing him again and got no response. Very poor service. I would give them "0" stars if the option was available. My questions were not hard either. I asked how many miles were on the car, what color the car was, and for some pictures. They need to work on their follow-ups. I ended up purchasing a different car even though I had full plans on going to this dealer first.
