"Drove over 3 hrs with 3 small children to buy a van that we had negotiated with them all day the day before. We literally drive into the parking lot and they sold the van to someone else. The people they were selling it to werent even there it was over the phone! The manager was a joke, could of cared less of the inconvience they put us through all he cared about was making a buck. "
