"I felt that the process took much longer than it should have. With a credit rating of 830, they offered a financing rate of 3.9%. "The overall experience was good but after the transaction was complete
they said the keys are in the car which was on and we drove away only
later did to discover that there was no keyless remote. The car had been
advertised as "keyless entry system" and in our follow up they said that
didn't include the remote. It felt like they were covering up this
inconvenient lack of hardware in a shady manner. Be sure to have your
own list of what you expect to be included with vehicle."
