"I test drove a car. Very awkward witht he salesman. He seemed like he was trying to sell himself. Very arrogant. They looked at my trade-in. Then when negotiation time came...well I was insulted when they offered me $4,000.00 less than the value of my trade-in, and about $3,000.00 more than what I was looking to buy was worth. Did I look and act that stupid? Come on guys. I felt like they were trying to rip me off about $7000.00. I had done my homework and knew what I should expect to get paid and pay for the vehicles I was interested in. BAD experience."

add in the payoff of my trade in which then changed the whole deal.
Overall was a good experience, just a bit disappointing when you agree
ob one thing and then get told 20 mins later that it is going to be
