"They were unreceptive. Car was filfthy and when the apparaiser took my car (trade) for a test drive he brought it back with the sunroof broken. They offered no assistance in trying to fix it. The appraiser simply said "sorry if you think I broke your sunroof", got in another car and took off. Horrible!"

"I will never deal with this dealership again. Stopped in as they had a Used Jeep Grand Cherokee my wife liked. We were treated okay, but, the sales person and manager define the term sleazy car sales people. Told me that my trade in vehicle was worth half of what other dealers were willing to give me, and told me that my 4 wheel drive was not working. Suddenly they changed there story when they were informed that my trade in was still under warranty and I'd have it problems fixed. Then they were more willing to be lower but in the same ball park as other dealers. I will NEVER set foot on this dealerships lot again. I just don't do business like that."
