The thermostat knob did not work correctly (it would just keep turning in either direction and you could not adjust the temp so in the winter we would not be able to switch it to heat) and the salesman and the manager kept saying they were not going to fix it. They finally did fix it when I told them it had better be working when I come pick up the car or I wanted my check back (we payed in full). Also we asked that they wash it and Dan Ipes simply said "no". What kind of service is that where a dealership won't even wash the car that you're buying from them? On the windshield they had written "I'm yours" in red, I guess to attract attention to the vehicle...well they didn't even bother to make sure all the red was scraped off. We got treated much better a few years back when we bought a car from Carmax. We will never shop at Ourisman again."
