No sales person greeted me or said hello. I went to the parking lot and called Jill the person who answered my e- mail via CarGurus and she sent someone out to meet me. The sales person was very pushy and went for the test drive with me. I was only there for a test drive and I felt very pressured during the whole process. I did buy the car but still a week later still feel funny about the whole experience. The prices changed for my trade in along the way... Sunday one Sales Manager gave me a number and 2 days later they called and said do you still want the car because we have someone else interested... they were supposed to call me on Monday!!! Then when the call came in it was for almost $1,000 less... and I was able to get them give me 1/2 of that, $500. We will see what the Tires for life deal is they provide FREE with the purchase. As I said it was just an okay experience. "
