"Not happy at all with their used cars sales rep and the way they handled an interest I had in a used Elantra. I told the rep that if the car is outside my range, which I expected it would be and told him so, that I would walk. Not only did they make me wait around (they took my driver's license), but they came back with an offer $2k over the high end of my range and that was supposedly including a preferred customer discount of $2k!!! I will never do business with them again."
