She was busy so another salesman, Tom offered to help but couldn't find the 06 Tudra. And he refused to say that it had been sold that morning! Imagine my surprise when that same vehicle shows up 4 days later in an internet search!! I called and spoke to Andre the used car manager who quickly admitted they didn't have the truck. He said they frequently advertise vehicles they no longer have to generate customers but always tell the folks who call that they don't have it so it is not "bait & switch". NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE....Honda USA--are you listening?"

(From New Jersey) Stopped in a month ago to see vehicle, spoke to sales people, exchanged contact information etc. Car was not on lot, apparently it was in the shop to get the Navigation fixed. (or so i was told) Over the ensuing weeks, I continued my research and watched the price drop on this vehicle. Shared the listing with my wife (a birthday present for her) and she made the appointment with this dealer to see the vehicle. We called the day before our planned trip and the morning of to confirm our visit. We drove the 175 miles to see this vehicle and arrived to see that no one even took the time to wash the car. It was filthy inside and out. Bird crap on the hood and all. We arrived later than expected, which should have given that team ample time to make this vehicle "sell ready". There was confusion about where the key was. (the internet sales guy apparently took it to lunch) We test drove the car and though the car seemed sound, I was really not interested in doing business with them for it seemed they did not respect me as a consumer to put the vehicle thru a simple car wash/detail to make it presentable. The salesman had the nerve to say "Wow since you guys drove all this way you must really be eager to buy this car" I could not end that test drive soon enough. I purchased my Audi Q7 4.2 from another dealer and though I paid more, it was worth EVERY red cent. "
