Dealer Rating: (3 reviews) "My only complaint is: we had financing already done days before actually driving down for 5 hours to pick up our vehicle, but because someone else was purchasing a car we had to wait 2 hours in the dealership to finalize our deal. In my opinion as a customer making a big ticket purchase, I would have been much happier if they had squeezed us in to do our paperwork while the salesman was showing the other customers the features of their impending purchase. All together it only took about 8 minutes to finish our paperwork. Instead, we waited 2 hours and still had to drive home 5 hours. We did not get out of there until 10:30 PM. We were not pleased in any way. I understand there are procedures, but part of what makes any one or any thing truly excellent is the ability to adapt rapidly and efficiently when the circumstances dictate such need. On the other hand, the saleman we worked with was very understanding of our growing impatience and was obviously doing everything in his power to make us comfortable and keep us in good humor, quite a load to place on someone while the manager hobbled around ineffectively due to an injury. His behavior and demeanor were far from proffesional. "
