"DID NOT SHOW CARFAX UNTIL THIRD REQUEST! Almost bought the 08 Vette, cancelled order once reading the Carfax and the car was in a "disableing damaged" condition. They did not disclose this from the beginning and tried to make it out as a no big deal. Used car manager is a "0" ZERO! His quote "Carfax" is more trouble than its worth" "Show Me The Carfax"!!!"

"Called about a vehicle they had listed as available on their website and expressed that I was interested and may be able to see it that same day for a test drive. I Spoke to "Jose", and when I called back two hours later to confirm the test drive said he was sorry but the vehicle had been sold. (Really? In two hours time on a weekday morning?). For days afterward the vehicle was still listed on the dealers website, and I continue to get spam emails from them asking if I'm "still interested". I have no interest in dealing with Jerry's Ford of Alexandria and advise others to avoid them. "

"terrible - the car I came to see, used ford flex. I know it was on your lot
for a while. Finally ready to buy and when I got there the car was filthy.
Do you not have a detail shop?? All you needed to do was vacuum,
clean the seats and repair the ripped flap in the back. Not too much to
ask. Ended up finding a used one at Carmax that same evening in
White Marsh and went home with a NICE CLEAN CAR. "
