"Dealership had the 2011 Mustang convertible I wanted but wanted too much considering the miles. I drove 90 miles (each way) to see and drive it. The person assigned to me was too busy talking on the phone to show me the car. The person who showed me the car was A+ while I was at dealership but was an F when I had to wait a week for him to answer my email question about financing. I bought a 2012 Mustang convertible with 8,000 fewer miles for less elsewhere 3 days later. "
