Avg. Dealer Rating: (5 reviews) "I went down to Mossy with my 9 year old to investigate leasing a car. We bought an Expedition from them in 2003. Daughter was with me then, too, in an infant seat. I knew I liked the Edge--we had "The Beast" and a smaller VW wagon (w/ 175K miles) to sell or trade in and I had been tracking what those approximate values were for months. While I wasn't looking forward to selling them myself, I knew I could and should to minimize my new car payment with the bigger down. My salesman Eric showed me a few vehicles on the lot and we test drove one and then he finally started to close. I was patient with this but it was just a financial question. I am a sales professional too so this was expected and if Eric had been any less of a pro or listener, I would have walked. He was great and patient with my need to keep my daughter comfortable during our now prolonged visit. We finally got to the point where the Manager (Michael) gets called in and we eventually worked out a deal I could live with. Not having to sell these two well ridden cars was a huge relief. We were of course able to drive away in our new sporty Edge that night--albeit many hours later--and Eric even synced my smart phone to the car for me. I am again very satisfied with the service, the car and the process. Noone is perfect but they've got it pretty darn close at Mossy Ford. fyi: I recommend the Finishing Touch (sealant) to keep your car looking great inside and out. It worked wonders for our 9 yr old Expedition. Mossy will give you a rental car while it's being done and early am service pick up is always a breeze and a hot cup of coffee is yours for the asking...:) All good in my book. "

The Saturn relay that i bought from them has so many defects, that i had to take it to a Saturn specialist[ Bob Stall Chevrolet ] @ $1042.85 more,& their is still much more work to be done for repairs & maintenance! when i called EL cajon mitsubichi, they told me,we only fix safety defects, not cosmetic defects "we're Mitsubishi, you'll hafta take these issues up with GM, you bought a used as-is vehicle, we wo'nt fix nothin' on yer Saturn]. Mitsubichi also made 7 attempts to post-debit money not owed them from my debit card, mitsubishi motors headquarters informed me over phone that i do not get any perks, fringe benefits, or customer goldmember status because i did not buy a new mitsubishi automobile, mitsubichi salesmen also laughed at me as they walked inside their dealership. To top it all, they placed mixed AA batteries into the passenger DVD remote control device, & they have the nerve to email me a "welcome to the Mitsubishi Family notice." !? WHAT in The Name Of GOD iz Wrong with these people ?!"
