I spoke with an internet sales girl, who passed me off to a car sales rep who was in my opinion rude (I will let him remain nameless)--I didn't like him so I called back to speak with her to tell her my feelings on him and she never called me back--I called her and emailed her with no response. I ended up calling the New Car Sale manager Joe and told him of my negative experience and he had sales rep named Matt (from the internet dept) call me back the next morning. By the time I reached him the next day, the car was already sold. It was the exact car I wanted but because of a crummy sales rep the prior day, Matt (a good sale rep) lost out on a sale and I wasn't able to buy the car. It ended up working out b/c I found the exact same Overland 30 miles from my house instead of out of state for a similar price, but my experience with them was very frustrating (except for Matt who was great). "
