"After making an appointment and exchanging several e-mails and calls regarding a vehicle i was interested in, it was being sold when I arrived for my test drive. I had spoken to Michael the day before and the morning of before I left to ensure the vehicle would be available and ready for me to drive. When I got there, they were processing the sale for others but kept trying to tell me it wasn't the same car I wanted. They even offered for me to test drive the vehicle while the other party was waiting for approval of financing to complete the sale. How unprofessional. Then to add insult to injury, I received an e-mail the next day asking me about my test drive. I asked them not to contact me again."
