I have had some pretty bad experience with other local dealers and decided to try and purchase this car on the internet. I couldn't be happier! I sent an email inquiry on a Sunday and Brandon @ Voss got back to me the same day with answers to my questions. He told me he would call me first thing on Monday. Monday morning my phone rang and two short phone calls later we had a deal worked out. I drove up there traded my 01 Maxima with in and drove off in my CPO Chevy Malibu LTZ. Great Car!! They called me the following day to make sure my trip home went good and even followed up with a thank you letter. I called Brandon to inquire about another set of keys and a remote as I only received one, and he told me he would drop another set in the mail for me. How about that, a company that still actually cares about customer service. I can Guarentee I WILL be back in the future when I need a vehicle. Brandon and everyone at Voss was a pleasure to deal with. Some people think i'm crazy for driving that far for a used car but it was a great deal, and one of the easiest transactions I have ever made on a vehicle purchase. I don't think I was at the dealer more that 30 min. Thanks again Voss!!"
