My wife and I visited three different dealers on Saturday and none can compare to the arrogance and lack of knowledge I encountered at Corvette World. After originally speaking with a female sales rep, I detected that she was not as well informed on C5s as I would expect. IN her defense, she did admit she was relatively new and I understood. Then I walked up and spoke with Terry, the owner. I explained what I was looking for and the price range I was finding them in. His response was arrogant and vain, acting as if he was so far above other people. My wife and I giggled at this pompous ass and left. To the lady that tried to help us.. Thank you. To Terry, I have forgotten more about both Corvettes and Customer service then you could ever learn. "
