Was met in the parking lot by a salesman who spent more than 45 minutes with me as I looked at used Cadillacs. He was very polite and helpful and had lots of info on the line in general and his cars in particular. This is a high-end dealer and you can probably expect to spend a bit more here. I would not hesitate to buy a car from them."

Dealer Rating: (2 reviews) "When I first talked with a salesman I was very impressed, and we discussed several things concerning the truk I was looking at, and he called and left me a message about the truck, but before I waas able to answer it another agent called to let me know that they were going to sell the truck at auction, and he wouldn't allow me to speak to the agent I had started discussing things with. I think this was handled very badly. Who knows if they had spoken to me correctly I might still have purchased the truck and whatever was wrong I could have gotten fixed on my own. This last man that said the truck would be sold at auction didn't even give me a chance to discuss antthing with him about. The way he said it they didn't want to do business concerning the truck, and that was that. I just hope that they didn't do any harm to the agent I first spoke with. Next time they should talk to the interested party and discuss the situtation before they let the axe fall."
