"Worst and worst dealership ever. Customer service was horrible! Got the
paper work signed, but didn't delivered the car on time. I had to void!
Every single one, include the general manager didn't pay any respect,
professional, and care to the customer. I returned the loaner car for them,
and they told me to find my own ride home, so i have to rented my own car
from enterprise.
What a horrible and nightmare first time experience in my life.
Never got treat like that way before. My first car was a used honda that i
bought from Honda Autofair Manchester, they treated their customer like
king and queen. Not like this BMW Stratham Dealership."
