These are very shady and unprincipled people. Despite having my credit union cut a check for a vehicle based on my very stable 814 credit score, which they were aware of, on November 30, 2012, the dealer sold the car with which I had interest after promising to deliver the vehicle to my home just three hours earlier. Are you kidding me? This was something the salesman volunteered to do to in order to get the vehicle off the lot that night and meet his month-end sales goals. The manager with whom I spoke was non-apologetic for failing to honor their promise and supported the dishonest salesman whose primary interest was admittedly qualifying for his "bonus" by the last day of the month. They took no responsibility for their behavior and offered no apologies and were arrogant about indicating that all their cars are "up for grabs" and if I didn't get the vehicle I wanted, it was my fault. These guys have absolutely no conscience or customer service values and will say or do anything to get a sale. In their minds, the customer is not right, they are just a commodity. Well, so much for customer service 101. Have they not heard of “customer referrals or return business?” Can't believe they actually treat people this way."
