"I was contacted quickly by the salesman, who told me that the car was new enough in their inventory that he would prefer to have his shop look at it before I came to see it. A few days later, he e-mailed to tell me that the shop had found several concerns with the car and that he was recommending that I not make the trip to see it.
Refreshingly honest, or a bait and switch? All the communication I had with them leaves me with no reason to think they were anything other than perfectly honest.
Would definitely consider shopping with them again."

"Walked the lot for 10 minutes in the cold before anyone asked if I needed assistance. I couldn't test drive the CR-V I had previously inquired about
because the battery was dead!! I would have assumed the rep (pete) would
have at least looked at car before I showed up. Car rear windshield wiper
had also been recently broken off and it was laying in the front passenger
seat, sales person acted surprised. VERY disappointed in shopping
experience especially considering this was an Acura dealer."
