I was going to drive hours so the salesman assigned to me had to send pictures & he happily did. About 15 of them. Then he went back out to smell the interior for me. Hopefully this car will last me 10 years. But when my husband gets a new truck we'll be willing to make the drive again. And its all thanks to car gurus!!!!! :-)"

I drive to this dealership to see the car, first its nothing but a piece of junk. the headlight taped up with duct tape the car was all dirty both inside and out. them the salesmen get in to crank it ,it wouldn't even start and the smell when he opened the door was awful. the salesmen name was thomas i think not sure he never once apologized about the lies he told and didn;t even apologizing about my daughter and i driving so far for nothing. i feel that they should pay me for my gas i wasted for coming to daphine,al. team gunther need to get them a new sales staff one that know how to tell the truth and treat there customers,i will not ever recomend this dealership to anyone ."

A few days later I was sent a form letter e-mail from the dealership checking on the service I received. When I called to let them know I had not been contacted, what turned out to be another salesman in another department just started his sales pitch . . . no apology, no explanation, and certainly no surprise at the poor service I had experienced. In addition, I got a lecture on how expertly their prices were determined when the first salesman made it clear that their prices are based primarily on sunk costs and not what the market will bear."
