The salesman was very nice, very friendly, and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. I really appreciate that when buying a car. He did all he could, but his superiors seemed disinterested in my business and huffed and puffed when he asked them to print the carfax for me. I was told I would be updated with the shop check information on the car within a couple of days and it's now been a week and I haven't heard anything from them. Oh well."

Make sure you budget for an extended warranty or be prepared to negotiate this because they will try and sell it to you. I did get an extended warranty for my van, which covers all non-routine maintenance (standard wear and tear items and regular maintenance items not included). My extended warranty covers me up to 7yrs/100K, which is nice for peace of mind. However, as this is a Toyota, I don't expect to have to use the extended warranty much, if at all. Just make sure you know what the warranty and peace of mind is worth. I would purchase from this Dealer again, and they are on my short list."

Dealer Rating: (10 reviews) "i live 1 hr 15 mins away so going this far for me is alot. i ended up being there for over 4 hrs which included purchasing the car. salesman was ok tho when i wanted to deal with the car price he didnt seem to happy about it. also what they gave me for my trade in and what i see they have it forsale now is crazy to me. i know my trade in was worth more but they would hardly work with me. all i got was an extra $600 for my trade in yet they are saling it for almost $4000 more than they gave me. also the aftercare i got with the new car a day later was a joke! windshield was chipped and they were suppose to replace and it became a big hassle the very next day and couldnt get a return call. overall they were ok to deal with. would i buy another car there?? probably not with the customer service i got and the distance cant say i would. you would think that a brand new customer they would try to excell in customer satisfaction.
