"The most unethical dealership I have dealt with in over 35 years; personifies the reason people hate car salesmen. They sold a 2012 Tacoma “out from underneath me” while I was awaiting payment information from the sales manager – including the use of a credit card transaction to hold the aforementioned vehicle. Stall tactics are utilized by this group to avoid having to work for the buyer . Deplorable communication, substandard follow-up and no customer courtesy shown to potential customers. Beware of this dealership – they are knuckle-draggers."

"Ourisman was eager to sell me an used car and unlike most other dealers I encountered, was willing to negotiate both price and work done on the vehicle. They were fair and above-board with me. The only downside was the obligatory sales pitch for undercoating ($499), side rub rails, paint protection coating, leather protection coating, etc. I could have done without that vastly overpriced idiocy."
