Avg. Dealer Rating: (20 reviews) "I made an appointment and drove over an hour to get there. 15 minutes away I received a call that someone else was driving that car. It was sold before I got there. Seemed a little fishy to me to have a transaction completed that quickly. They also treated me as if I didn't know what I wanted. They brought other people over to tell me I didn't really want dual sliding doors...I did. They also gave me misinformation--saying a 2013 Sienna LE (4-cyl) cost 30k new and the 2012 was 21k--so great value. Not true--a new one is not that much and it was very misleading. The dealer also said the doors were "soft touch" opening. I couldn't believe it--you can't just make up a feature because it didn't have power doors. They were regular doors--not soft touch. I felt like because I was a woman, they thought I was stupid. I would not trust them in the future. I have also received at least 4 calls from other people at the dealership asking if I want to come look at the Sienna I came to see last week--the one that has been sold. I have asked them to stop calling and hope they do soon. I think the rating of "poor" that I'm giving is generoud."

Got a great deal on my used VW Routan, without a lot of hassle, haggle, or hidden costs. The salesperson was a little confused, he thought the VW had Stow N Go seating like the Chrysler, which is an easy mistake to make. The real star of my experience with Darcars was the finance manager. He went above and beyond and was willing to answer all of my questions (and I had quite a few). I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, experience, and honesty. The only reason I'm not giving the dealership 5 stars is the clean up department. As I said to the manager "If this vehicle was professionally detailed, your detailers need to find a new profession." I'm still working on cleaning out all of the dog hair from the previous owner... "
