"Overall, it was a good experience. I'm a picky buyer, and I'm also not fond of the stereotypical "car sale." For the most part, it was a relaxed experience, they were patient with me, and everyone asked if I was being attended to (better than some other shops I visited). There was a "salesly" part to the close of the deal, where the extended warranty was discussed, and when I met the used car manager, he came across as though I had irritated him already, and we had just met. That part didn't feel as receptive as I'd like. My salesperson, Liz, was engaging and conversational, and I would recommend and refer to her for others in the process."

"Horrible scamming dealer! STAY AWAY!!!!
Contacted salesman night before to verify vehicle still there. Made arrangements to drive the hour up there to look. Contacted salesman 20 minutes before arrival to again verify. Got to dealership and was told vehicle was sold earlier that morning - hours before I called. They then had the nerve to try to bait and switch. I couldn't even believe they tried that.
Buyer beware if you are dealing with Stevinson Toyota. Good luck!"
