I bought my 2007 Porsche Cayman S from them about 2 months ago. Since I live in NYC, I had some serious reservations about traveling a few hours to see a car, and possibly buy it without a mechanic checking it out. The thought of wasting a lot of time and money was not a pleasant one. To possibly avoid such a disaster, I asked questions. LOTS AND LOTS of questions. Timothy Grape, their Internet Sales Manager, fielded them all. He patiently, honestly, and candidly responded in a flash, over and over and over again. I felt comfortable booking a one-way train ticket to see if I could find a reason NOT TO buy the car. Suffice it to say- I couldn't. The car was exactly what Tim described. At the dealership, everyone I met with was more than happy to help: answer my questions, let me poke around, get diagnostics of the car's engine.... Again, some very sincere kudos to Timothy- who has always been there to answer my questions, day or night, above and beyond the call of duty.
