After not hearing anything for 2 days, I proceeded to call the dealership; again, no response. Come to find out they were CLOSED on memorial day, even though their website advertised a memorial DAY sale stating the "barbeques will wait the deals won't" I finally got a hold of a salesman that Tuesday after calling again and he was able to verify the van was still available. I scheduled a test drive the next day (after speaking to him 3 times the day before and twice the day of). The salesman stated he would be there until 8 pm that night; since we live an hour away and I got out of work at 6. I was very excited because I was already sold on the vehicle, until the salesman left a message on my cell phone not 4 hours later stating that the vehicle sold and he'd be leaving at 5 instead of 8, but we were welcome to come down and testdrive something else with someone else!!!! So would not recommend this dealership! I've been in sales for 12 years and have never experience anything like this!"
