The $150 fee to "back out" of the deal was "automaticaly included" in the the sale price, the warranty package I negotiated was initially set up incorrectly as the basic plan with the finance guy; the DMV [paper work had to be corrected; the post-dated check was deposited by mistake on Monday and I had to place stop payment ($30 bank fee); and I have to go back to sign 2 more forms that they didn't have in the sales documents. But, they were responsive and was able to negotiate a bit on the traede-in and warranty; plus I did get a good deal on a used Avalon. It was the car, not the dealership which brought me to OC Fiat. You gotta pay attention to the paperwork to make sure the deal you made is correct - at every dealership"
