"Looking at the H3 Hummer they had on the lot.I had seen this online priced at $18,200 yet the sticker read $20,595.Not one saleswomen came out to see if I was interested in the vehicle.When I went into the showroom and inquired about it a saleswoman told me it was $20,595 when I told her that I saw it online for $18,200 another saleswoman jumped in and said I was totally wrong and that she did not know how the prices were different.I could not make any headway with either of these ladies so I walked out."

"Pricing of vehicle barely in average condition as if it were in excellent condition, (wheel well rust bubbling through, baseball sized dent in hood, tires with seriously uneven wear, etc...) On top of unrealistic evaluation of vehicle condition and high pricing, they sprang a $500 "doc fee" on me after negotiation a price in the ball park of reasonable and wouldn't budge to offset the added cost. The staff were friendly and the environment at this large dealership is very pleasant, but between faulty pricing and the added $500 fee on top of vehicle price, this is NOT the place to go for a used vehicle!"
