I ended up having to drive back to the Dealership which is on the Blue Mound end of the DFW metroplex to get it at closing time,&nobody wanted to stay over to make sure i got it. UGH worst experience i ever had!!!!! Dont be ridiculed by these people go elsewhere!! "

Told her I was shopping for specific models on two different cars - sent her emails showing comparable vehicles just as an FYI. Asked if I found the vehicle on another Carmax lot if she could work the deal on it. Her response was that, since I lived closer to another Carmax lot, maybe I would like to shop there - then she signed me up for email alerts on the vehicles I was looking for. Never heard from her again. Got the message - could have saved myself the phone calls and emails and just shopped the Internet myself - which I did and found a dealership that gave me great 1:1 service and deal on exactly what I wanted - Boardwalk Volkswagen of McKinney. Shop there and ask for Joe Woodward."
