I sold my motorcycle after hashing out numbers one last time when our personal financing fell through. Luckily I had a couple of backup options and called to give these guys a heads up as courtesy. Little did I know that the deal we had worked out was not set in stone, not on paper, and not even CLOSE to what we had discussed. After being told that the 17,500 I was explained was going to be the final deal on the car ended up being after I put a downpayment of 4500 down, not before. Totaling out 499 dollars over the listed price of 20,501. This is after explaining the 13,000 financing I had lined up and the 4500 downpayment over a dozen times totaling out to (you guessed it) 17,500. Why would I call and work out a deal if I was going to be paying above asking price for a car you ask? I wouldn't. I'd walk in to the dealership and pick up the car. Nobody.. -nobody- pays asking price for a car. I called their floor sales manager Alex and informed him about the "misunderstanding". I explained that not only did I not have a car lined up, I had just sold my means of transportation after being assured we had a deal worked out. He was mildly sympathetic and asked the opportunity to make this as right as he could. I have yet to hear back."

They did not warn us to have it correct to factory spec's. Results we paid over $6000 in correct cost. Desert BMW of Henderson and Auto world are incompendent and unreliable and over price. With no honesty of product sold and no service after the sale. They are focused on selling contracts of long duration to banks, for major profit and maximum interest for their instant cash. True these are the same for all dealerships in Las Vegas and nationally. They sell you the car that makes them the most profit. Not the car or car deal you want. If there was a zero star rating, BMW would get mine. Even their BMW finance is inflexible and would tow your vehicle at the first hint of financial crisis, such as the past 12 years here in the United States. I am thinking the millionaire owners dealer, of all dealerships look at all customers like guppies with no brains, and they are right we keep biting their bait, and getting a car for high price, and short term use. By the time the vehicle we purchased from BMW for $18,000 plus $4000 down pymt, and the added cost to correct the safety defect. We took the car to another dealer to purchase a BMW Z4, with our car only having 37000 actual miles, in pristine condition. They only wanted to give us $3500 on a $25,000 plus Z4 with over 64000 miles on it. What a rip off. I don't care to deal with them or any dealerships, with their excessive prices, low or no customer service of their product, as they do not stand behind them, other than making fast maximum profit. Picking the financial bones off their disillusioned customers."
