We are able to test drive the car and take it home in one day which was nice, however the amount of time it took to complete the actual transaction was rather lengthy. After the initial test drive it took about two hours to finalize the transaction. Not fun when you're towing two little kids with you. The only other issue is that as we bought a Honda certified used car we are a little surprised by the amount of perfumed cleaning solvent used to shine up the interior of the car. Honda – please insist that your dealerships stay away from that stuff. It really cheapens the overall impression of buying an "certified" car. dealership was also missing the fancy coffee machines that they have in many Honda and Acura dealers in the city."

At first, the salesman tried to pressure me into buying it promising Honda would fix everything after the sale (yeah right). Next, they tried to convince me that three other buyers were waiting at that moment to buy that car. When I said go ahead and sell it to someone else, then suddenly there were no other buyers interested in that particular car. When I decided to look at their new cars, I was told that every car on the lot had a $2000 protection package added to it because they needed to increase the price of the car to ensure they made money on each transaction. When I questioned this, I was told every Honda dealership does that. Since then I have visited a few other dealerships and they do not add unnecessary options to their cars to force the buyer to pay more than they really need. Bottom line, this dealership operates with high pressure sales, scare tactics and techniques that force the consumer to pay much more than they really need to for a reliable car. Buyer beware. Avoid Capitol Honda at all costs."
