The car that I was interested in was "certified" but had nearly bald tire on the rear (should be >60% tread to be certified). This concerned me a little, as I expect a certified car to meet certain standards, and this could be an indication of other missed items. I did make an offer for the car, which included replacement of the rear tires, and after the sales manager did not accept my offer, I left. I then received at least 10 phone calls from them to come back, although they made it clear that they would not adjust the price from their advertised sale price, and I also made it clear that my offer was final during each phone call (this was a bit annoying - why they kept calling me?). Eventually, I found a car at another Chevrolet dealer that I believe was a better deal, and a better experience. Although I think this dealer is acceptable, it does not compare to the experience I received at a competitor Chevrolet dealer."

Dealer Rating: (7 reviews) "this dealer called me after I did a vehicle trade in value on my 2006 toyota, they new the value that was posted, so they called and let me know they had the vehicle i was looking to trade for, I went there (50 Mile drive) and again let them know all I wanted to do was trade straight across because both vehicles were same price. they asked me to come inside, at that point I asked them if it wasnt going to work not to waste their time and especially my time, because Im disabled and cant sit or stand for more than 45 minutes. Well after wasteing 2 hrs of my time they came out and insulted me by saying my vehicle was valued at 4 thousand less than it was actually worth. I was furious and told them, at the very beginning of all this I asked you not to waste our time and here we are standing here and your insulting me after all that, I told them I would never do business with them and that I would spread the word for no one else to do their business with them.
