I let them know I was coming to purchase a specific vehicle and they planned the day for me and said the vehicle would be ready for me. After driving over an hour to reach the dealership, they send me a text as I litterally pull in the lot, telling me they sold the car. I was only about 15 minutes past my SCHEDULED time. They don't even Call, they just send a text. Horrible communication and terrible business practices. I would DEFINTELY NOT Buy here. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY - I had several text message communications and verbal phone calls with the salesman and customer service agent 30 minutes earlier letting them know I was on my way and they sold it anyways out from under me even though I had an appointment set and they said the car would be there for me. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't TRUST THEM, THEY LIE and have down right DIRTY business practices. "

From the moment I showed interest in a particular vehicle, the salesman kept pressuring me to hurry up and buy because he claimed he had another customer driving from 100 miles away to see it. When I called a few days later, the car still hadn't been sold. We came to an agreement over terms over the phone. But when I gave my credit card number for him to take it off the lot for $1,000 until we could complete the deal, he said another salesman had just barely beat him to it. Then they kept me waiting in limbo over the next several days on the slim chance that the first buyer's check wouldn't clear, in which case I was next in line. This is how they sell used cars. The used car manager is a deal killer and the salesmen are too gung-ho on this competing buyers tactic that they don't realize they're losing good customers every day. I found the same car I originally wanted and bought it from another dealership a week later. "
