When compared to other vehicles from Chevrolet and Cadillac that I test drove and priced, the Town and Country offered many more options, larger size, better visibility and overall better value than the Chevy Equinox, Chevy Malibu, Chevy Traverse and Cadillac SRX.

"The minute I walked on the lot, before I even saw the car, the guy told
me that if I did not buy the car right away then it was going to auction.
The car was not in good shape, had a funny smell, lots of scratches,
dings, leather was not in good shape and the salesman did not know
much about the car. Just did not have a good feeling about buying a car
from them, so I didn't."

"There was a problem in shipping the truck to me in Utah. They never kept me informed as to the actual date of shippment. They kept me in suspense about the date.
There was a $400 dealer prep, yet when it got to me it would not pass the saftey inspection because the back lights didn't work and the rear rotars need changing and the right rear break calaper had a broken piston"
