We where going to trade our vehicle there to buy a new one and left ours there so we could take the new one over night and we decided that we didn't like it. But when we went back to pick ours up they all ready had 5 families looking at ours when no deal was even done. And to top it off we had more tan a 1/4 of a tank of gas when we went there but it was empty. And if that wasn't enough the check engine light was on when it was never on before. This is not all tba happened but I'm not going to write my whole experience with these people just beware and take your time when looking for a new or used car. I highly do NOT recommend Ancira at all. They don't even deserve 1 star."

My husband and I go by not even 30 mins after I called and then the manager says the vehicle is already being held for someone else. The service was terrible. We had to find a salesperson to help us and then he gives us to another salesperson. We were given the bait and switch the next day because the salesman calls and says to hurry to the dealership because the vehicle was now available. Well, when we get there the salesman shows us the vehicle and we actually test drive it, just to find out that the vehicle isn't available after all. Then he tries to get us to buy a mazda or any other vehicle that is on there lot. The salesperson didn't even take in to consideration that my husband works nights and was losing sleep just to be there. Just an overall terrible experience."

Although I like the truck, I needed cruise control which the vehicle did not have. They would add it if I would make the deal. But at my cost. Their response to both of my request is "We set our prices competitively" So basically stating We will not work with you and if you don't like the price, go find another dealership. I would not recommend this dealership."
