The salesman was new and was not familiar with it. After we had signed the papers an was asking about our 3-month free trial to all of this, the salesman discovered that the vehicle did not have those capabilites. He should have been more familiar with the vehicle before trying to sell it to someone. Needless to say, we were not happy. The GM came to speak to us and agreed to purchase a separate Satellite radio for us. There was no way to turn on Sirius radio because it is a factory install. We were bummed but bought the vehicle anyway. "

Was given one set of keys, asked for the other set was told they didt have it asked for them to get me 1 an was told they only got one from auction. Had to purchase one myself . I question their service they didn't know how to rest the break monitor. Salesman was great, question the management after the sales was complete. "
