I spoke to the salesman and his answer is to tell me it's not his problem (paraphrasing) I don't have time to have to track down individuals...he should be my advocate. Overall I am happy with the car I purchased, put feel a bit frustrated with the transaction."

"The sales was vey help full but please watch out wen they are doing the quotes stimates they were charging me $1000 more out of no were the only explanation they gave me was that there was a computer error and they were foing to reduse the price by only $500 there was more to that but to long to explain o yea and there is not one good used car in the lot i was force to keep a car cause they could not do anything to change it just poor customer service finance dep very agresive and just not the best car buying experience stay away this manager a just rats"
