Another e-mail from a "sales manager" appologizing for the hand over and still not answering my specific inquiry- then a 3rd e-mail from the "sales manager", introducing different cars for sale. A simple "NO...what else may I help you with", would have kept my interest. If this is indicative of how True Saab does business or follows up with their customers- I will certainly not be giving them my business."
