One of the bolts on the oil pan wan't replaced. there were several areas under the car that were scraped and the front bumper had damage underneath. When I made the dealership aware they didn't apologize or claim that they were unaware. i heard from another dealership that they tried to have a wholesaler unload the car by selling it at another dealership. i would not trust this dealership. They had to have known the car was damaged and chose to not disclose this information"

Make all dealers send you detailed broken down OTD prices by email, don't ever negotiate prices across a table at any car dealer, it brings out the mean, obnoxious in them. I don't understand that the large car companies let this kind of dreadful behavior go on so that car sales people have about the worst reputation of anybody in America. - remeber you can pick up your Volvo in Europe and they pay the airfare."
